Our commitment to making BidTable usable for everyone.

Our Approach

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We're not perfect yet, but we're working on it. Our design system uses sufficient color contrast ratios, proper heading hierarchy, and ARIA labels for interactive elements.

Keyboard Navigation

All core functionality on BidTable is accessible via keyboard. You can navigate between bids, open freelancer profiles, and use the messaging system without a mouse. Tab order follows the visual layout.

Screen Readers

We test with VoiceOver (macOS) and NVDA (Windows). Form inputs have associated labels, images have alt text, and dynamic content changes are announced. If you encounter an issue with your screen reader, please let us know.

Known Issues

Some older pages haven't been fully audited yet. The portfolio image viewer and the real-time messaging interface have some known gaps that we're actively fixing.
